Payment Methods Accepted
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express, checks, money orders, Purchase Orders, and Bank
Transfers. To pay by check place items in your shopping cart,
then click
on
Check
Out.
A link
will
be provided for you to print the order form with the products
from your shopping cart. If paying by check or money order,
mail your order form and check/money order to the exact amount
of your purchase to our mailing address. Checks/money
orders received that are over the amount of your order will
be refused
and sent back to your address. Note: We can only accept purchase
orders from educational institutions and government entities
in the United States not to exceed US$1,000.00. If you have
a purchase order for over $1,000.00 please send a money order
or check
with
your
Purchase Order. Our address and contact information may be

here.
Shipping Methods & Cost
All packages are shipped by UPS or Fedex. You may request
during checkout the method of delivery: Ground, 2nd Day Air,
Next
Day Air. Shipping is taxable if you are in one of the states
in which one of our branches operate. Product(s) in your
order may be shipped from different warehouses resulting
in multiple tracking numbers for your order. We will ship
products from warehouses that have the product in stock.
The cost of shipping is the cost required to handle and package
your products in addition to the cost for the carrier to
deliver the products to your shipping address.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be added to all orders that have a billing
address in Texas and California. The
sales tax rate of the billing address state will be used
to determine the tax amount.
Return Policy
Defective items may be returned to Omnetix PC within 30
days of the original purchase date. In order to return an
item
to
Omnetix
PC, please obtain an RMA number and a manufacturer defect
number. Instructions to do this can be found here.
Adding Items to the Shopping Cart
At any time while shopping through the Omnetix PC web site,
clicking on the BUY button will add a product to the
shopping cart. Please beware that clicking on Refresh may
cause the item to be added again to the shopping cart. Always
check before checkout that the quantity of items being ordered
is correct. Additionally, you may view a description of the
item by clicking on the item's name or picture for additional
product details.
Removing Items from the Shopping Cart
To remove an item from the shopping cart, simply click on
the "Trash Can" icon found next to that item. Clicking
on the icon will cause that item in all quantities to be
removed
from the shopping cart. If you would like to simply change
the quantity of a certain item, enter the new quantity in
the field next to the item and click on Refresh Cart.
Placing an Order Without a Credit Cart
To place an order without a credit card, click on the Check
out button and follow the link "Pay by Check" from that page.
You will be asked to provide your billing information and
to calculate your shipping charges. Confirm the purchase
to obtain the exact amount due. Print the order confirmation
page and mail it to Omnetix PC. Include with your order a
check or money order to the exact amount shown in the total.
Checks or Money Orders arriving with less than or more than
that amount will be refused and returned to you.
Checking the Status of An Order
You may at any time check on the status of all of your previous
orders by logging in the web site. A login form is available
on every page on the left column. Provide the e-mail address
you used for confirmation and password and you will be able
to check on the status of your order and obtain tracking
numbers if available.
Returning Defective Products
Before returning any products you must obtain a RMA number
and a manufacturer defect number. To obtain a manufacturer
defect number, please call the manufacturer's tech support
line so that the problem may be diagnosed. Most times the
problem can be solved without the need for a return as they
are configuration or installation problems. In the case where
you need to return the product, go ahead and obtain an RMA
number through My Account (you can login through the Omnetix
PC web site). There are guidelines on how and when a product
should be returned and these may be found in the RMA
Request page and the RMA
Policy page.
RMA Policy
Before returning any products, please check our RMA policy
to verify that your product is eligible for return. You can
view the RMA policy by clicking here. Software
and Consumables are not eligible for return. All other products
if found to be defective must be returned within 30 days
of purchase.
How do I Login My Account
To login and check on the status of your orders, locate
the login form in the left column of every web page, fill
it out with the e-mail address and password you used to make
a purchase and that will grant you access to your order status
page.
Checking the Status of an Order
To check on the status of an order, login first with your
E-mail and password. The Order Status page will show you
your most recent order. Previous orders will be found as
links below the most recent order. Your Order Status may
be: Processing - we are currently working on getting the
items you requested throughout our national network of warehouses.
Shipped - Items have been shipped in connection with your
order, tracking numbers are linked directly with UPS/Fedex
web site for package tracking. Cancelled - Your order may
be
cancelled for a variety of reasons: We are unable to fulfill
your order because one of the parts is in back order or because
the credit card you supplied may have a high risk of fraud.
Tracking
your Order
To Track your order, first login My Account with your E-mail
and password. If your order has already shipped, the Order
Status will indicate Shipped. Tracking Numbers will be provided
on your order status page. Clicking on the tracking number
will automatically redirect you to the UPS/Fedex web site
so that you may track the whereabouts of your package.
Requesting
an RMA Number
Before requesting an RMA number, please familiarize yourself
with our RMA Request Procedure
and RMA
Policy. If your product is defective you may request
an RMA number within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
You may retrieve an RMA number by logging in My Account with
your E-mail and Password. If your order has already shipped,
the link "Request RMA" will appear on your order status page.
Click on this link. The items on the order will be presented
to you with check boxes next to them. Check the boxes for
the items that require replacement, repair, exchange, or
refund and click on Request RMA. Write down your RMA number
and follow the on screen instructions.
How can I get
better relevancy on my Search Results?
The Omnetix PC product search engine uses a weighted algorithm
to qualify relevant results for your searches. However in
most cases, keywords occur in several different products
of different categories. To make your searches relevant,
look at a few of these examples:
Search Term: Intel. Results: Intel Motherboards, Intel Processors,
etc.
Refined Search Term: Intel Processors. Results: Relevant
Intel Processors.
Ultra-Refined Search Term: Intel Celeron Processors. Results:
Relevant Intel Celeron Processors.
If you know the category of a general term you are looking
for, include it in your keyword list to qualify and separate
products that are relevant. Category keywords carry
higher scores and may be found under the "Browse by
Category"
menu. Using those keywords will qualify results in
that category first, thus giving you more relevant results.
When not using general terms for your search, use manufacturer
part numbers and names. Be sure to type a part number in
its entirety as only exact matches will be returned.
