RETURNING A PRODUCT |

easy for you to exchange any defective product(s) after you
purchase from us! |
| Damaged or Defective Products are returnable

| Returning Defective
Products |
In order to return a product to Omnetix
PC, the product must have a manufacturer defect prior to
delivery.
To determine if your product is defective please
consult the warranty card included in your package. Contact
the manufacturer and explain the problem that you are having.
Please record the name of your contact, phone number, and manufacturer
case number as it will be required to process a return for
a defective product.
After consulting with the manufacturer, login using your
E-mail address and password to obtain a return authorization
number through our member's area. You will be asked for your
contact name, phone number, and manufacturer case number
in order to process your return. Once your Return Authorization
Number is approved you will be notified by E-mail with instructions
on how to return your product to Omnetix PC.
Software and Consumables are not eligible for returns. |
| Returning
Products Damaged by Shipping |
If your product arrived damaged because of
shipping or handling please be sure to keep the damaged container
in which it arrived, it may be necessary for the shipping carrier
to inspect the container.
If your product arrived damaged because of Shipping and
Handling, login using your E-mail address and password to
obtain a return authorization number through the member's area.
It may be necessary to arrange for the shipping carrier to
inspect the shipping container and damaged product(s). Once
your Return Authorization Number is approved you will be
notified by E-mail with instructions
on how to return your product to Omnetix PC. |
| Product Compatibility |
| Omnetix PC is not responsible for product
compatibility issues. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance.
Incompatible product(s) are not eligible for returns. |
| Wrong Quantity |
Please be sure that while shopping throughout
the Omnetix PC web site that the quantity of products you
are ordering is correct. The product quantity will be displayed
on your Shopping Cart and may be accessed at any time you
have
one or more product(s) in your shopping cart by clicking
on the View Cart button located on the top left of the web
page.
Omnetix PC is not responsible if you order an incorrect
quantity of product(s).
Wrong quantity of product(s) are not
eligible for return. |
| 30 Day Return
Policy |
If for any reason a product is defective
or damaged upon delivery please be sure to request a return
or contact one of our support technicians immediately! Product(s)
that have received an RMA number must be received by Omnetix
PC within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible for
an exchange or credit.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase date please contact
the manufacturer of your product for assistance and replacement. |
| All Sales are Final |
| We cannot process returns for unopened or
undamaged product(s). Please be sure that you intend to purchase,
and have found the correct product in our web site. For assistance
at any time, please use our "Ask a Question" link found in
each product page. |
| Securing a Replacement |
| Omnetix PC will not advance replace exchanges
for any product(s) being returned. If you would like to secure
the exchange you may order the same product again and a credit
will be issued to you when your defective product arrives and
is inspected for defects or damage. |
| Shipping Costs |
| You are responsible for all shipping costs
incurred to return a product to one of our warehouses. If an
exchange of the product is approved, Omnetix PC will pay for
the shipping back to you by Ground Shipping. If you desire
a faster shipping option you are responsible for the cost of
that option. |
| Credits and Refunds |
If for any reason Omnetix PC is not able
to provide you with an exchange for your product, a credit
will be issued to you using the same form of payment used
to pay for the defective or damaged product. If you paid
by
credit
card, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for
the purchase (no exceptions), if you paid by check then a
check
will be issued on your name and mailed to your billing address,
finally if you paid by bank transfer, a wire will be sent
to your account.
Please allow for up to 5 business days from inspection of
your defective product for a credit to be issued if your
product cannot be exchanged.
All credits will be issued in the amount paid for the product,
and any taxes (United States Sales Tax) applicable to that
amount. Shipping Costs are not refundable. |
